New Construction

A new 46,000 square foot, steel-framed building was constructed as an office headquarters for the Sisters of the Good Shepherd's CORA Youth Services program. The three-story building has exposed steel in the lobby and adjoining stair tower. The lobby features a large clerestory and acoustic metal deck to reduce sound reverberation. Built partially into a sloping site, the facility is accessible from grade at both the first and second floor levels.
