Guild House
Philadelphia, PA

Keast & Hood Co. designed the flat-plate concrete structure of the award-winning Guild House.  Irregular, complex framing is set upon caisson foundations. The structure maximized space for interior uses, including apartments for the elderly and common areas, and minimized corridor space. The six-story building is clad in red brick and features double-hung windows to complement the scale and aesthetic of neighborhood rowhomes.
