Part of the West Side Revitalization in Baltimore, the new mixed-use building at 18 West Saratoga Street will be the first of its kind in the region and only the second in the nation to feature a fully-automated parking garage with mechanized automobile lifts and transporters. In addition to the steel-framed garage, which will accommodate approximately 397 vehicles over a mere 6,000 square foot footprint, the building will include a 9-story, cast-in-place concrete flat slab residential tower with 22 units.
