At the private, liberal arts college, residence life is characterized by College Houses - integrated living-learning environments designed to "foster the life of the mind." Keast & Hood Co. provided structural engineering for the project in which the structural system utilized CMU bearing walls supporting concrete hollow-core plank with integrated structural steel and story-high transfer trusses to permit large gathering spaces.
